block print of an insect..

A block print i made using foam. The image was from a photograph i took of an insect i found on the conservatory window. This was an on going experiment to produce my wallpaper design for my final piece.

leaf transfer with fabric paints and PVA.

enlarging the bee drawing I previously did in my sketchbook to A4 size and then going over it with transfer paints and ironing it on some fabric. I then drew over the exact lines (as near as i could) with PVA Glue. I will let it dry (might take a long time as there was big blobs of it in some parts) and i will print with it to create my design for my final piece. :)

drawing with PVA glue and let dry. then inking it up and printing from it gives you this effect. :)
